QC stops for this trail

Each PonyBuy trail has a different proof stop. For sets, do not rely on a spreadsheet title alone. Look for warehouse-useful evidence: measurements, seller photos, material behavior, packing concerns, visible alignment, and whether the item deserves parcel space.

• Write one route question before opening live finds.
• Compare proof quality before comparing price.
• Keep backups separate from core picks.
• Drop any item that cannot answer the main QC question.
