KakoBuy Spreadsheet was born from a simple frustration: the best shopping agent finds were scattered across hundreds of Reddit threads, Discord servers, and unmaintained Google Sheets. A great pair of sneakers would surface in a r/KakoBuy comment thread, get 50 upvotes, and then vanish into Reddit's infinite scroll. A seller with consistent quality would get mentioned in three different places with no central record. We decided to fix that.
Our team consists of long-time KakoBuy users who have collectively processed hundreds of hauls. We have experienced every KakoBuy frustration firsthand: the dead link that wasted an hour of browsing, the sizing chart that was off by 4 cm, the QC photo that conveniently hid a crooked logo, and the shipping bill that was double what we estimated. Every feature of our KakoBuy spreadsheet — from the QC reference links to the sizing notes to the seller transparency — exists because we needed it ourselves.
We believe that informed buyers make better purchases. Our mission is to organize and verify the best KakoBuy finds across all major categories — shoes, hoodies and sweaters, t-shirts, jackets, and more — so that every buyer, from first-timer to veteran, can browse with confidence. We do not sell anything. We do not take affiliate commissions from sellers. We stand as a free resource maintained by people who care about quality.
Transparency is our guiding principle. When a seller's quality declines, we note it. When a batch changes, we update. When a link dies, we remove it. We are wrong sometimes — no spreadsheet is perfect — but we correct quickly and publicly. Our update log is visible on the spreadsheet itself, and we welcome community corrections through our contact page.
Every entry in the KakoBuy spreadsheet goes through a verification process. We do not scrape links from other spreadsheets. We source finds from the Reddit KakoBuy community, Discord servers, and direct submissions from users. Each link is tested. Each seller is checked for recent activity and consistency. QC references are gathered from community posts and verified against multiple sources. Sizing data is cross-referenced with buyer feedback.
This is labor-intensive, and we cannot cover every seller or every category equally. Our strength is breadth and consistency — 11 categories maintained monthly, with a focus on QC-verified entries over raw link counts. We would rather have 50 verified entries in a category than 500 unverified ones.
We are not affiliated with KakoBuy the company. We are not a shopping agent, a seller, a brand, or a retailer. We do not process payments, ship packages, or handle customer service issues. We are not a replacement for your own due diligence — always review QC photos yourself, always check seller reviews, and never buy something solely because it appears in a spreadsheet.
